Key Responsibilities
Server Management:
- Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers.
- Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement and manage server security policies and procedures.
Network Administration:
- Administer and maintain the company’s network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot network issues and ensure a secure and efficient network environment.
- Implement and manage firewalls, routers, switches, and other networking equipment.
System Security:
- Implement and manage security protocols to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches.
- Regularly update and patch software to address security vulnerabilities.
- Conduct security audits and recommend improvements.
Backup and Recovery:
- Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Test and document recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.
- Monitor and address backup failures or issues promptly.
User Support:
- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical problems.
- Conduct training sessions to educate users on IT best practices.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Ensure that all IT assets are properly documented and tracked
- Perform Ad-hoc or any tasks related to the role.
Work Details
- Shift: Monday to Friday: 6:00am- 3:00pm depending on business needs
- Location: Makati | *Hybrid (Twice a week on site)
- Status: Full time / Contract
