About the role

We are seeking a skilled D365 Integration Specialist to join our team and facilitate seamless data exchange and integration between Dynamics 365 (D365) and our third-party logistics (3PL) providers. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of D365 functionality and integration capabilities, coupled with expertise in providing data/test scenarios and assisting in the functional development of interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs related to delivery and stock movements.
Design, develop, and implement interfaces between D365 and 3PL logistics providers, ensuring efficient and accurate data exchange.
Provide expertise in configuring and customizing D365 to support material master data transfer, goods movements, warehouse confirmations, dispatch advice, purchase orders, stock transfer orders, and related activities.
Develop and execute test scenarios to validate the functionality and performance of integration solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with technical teams and vendors as needed.
Document integration processes, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Stay updated on D365 updates, patches, and new features, evaluating their potential impact on integration solutions and recommending necessary adjustments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience (X years) working with Dynamics 365 (D365) and integrating it with external systems, particularly 3PL logistics providers.
In-depth understanding of D365 functionality related to material master data, goods movements, warehouse management, and procurement processes.
Strong knowledge of integration technologies and protocols such as REST, SOAP, OData, and Microsoft Azure services.
Proficiency in developing and executing test scenarios, as well as troubleshooting integration issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools is a plus.
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or related technologies are desirable.
