About the role
- We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Manager to lead and supervise our onshore and offshore sales teams, who are responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential business customers.
- The ideal candidate will be an expert in sales strategies, team management, and Salesforce usage.
- The B2B Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving the team’s performance, ensuring effective sales processes, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques to maximize team performance and increase sales productivity.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, and provide regular reports and analysis to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives and identify new business opportunities.
- Utilize Salesforce to track and manage sales activities, analyse data, and generate insights to improve sales processes and performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of sales team members, provide coaching and feedback, and implement action plans to enhance individual and team performance
- Develop and implement sales team scorecard and performance-based commissions
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Previous experience in managing a sales team, with a demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members.
- Proficiency in Salesforce is mandatory, with the ability to leverage data and analytics to drive sales performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven and detail-oriented approach to decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Work Details
- Shift: Monday to Friday: 6:00am- 3:00pm or 7:00am- 4:00pm PH Time; depending on business needs
- Location: Makati | *Work from Home Until Further Notice
- Status: Full time employment
